WE TAKE THE WORRY AND GUESSWORK OUT OF REAL ESTATE INVESTING - emphasizes our vision and how we came to exist. We were in search of a place to invest. All we could find were companies selling books and tapes, asking us to do all the real work. We needed real estate and we needed it now, not six month later. So we began with a small group of local associates (neighbors and a mail courier). We began to invest and create huge profits for ourselves and our investors.

Annie Simmons

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Autumn Leaf Real Estate Investment Club (ALREIC) with more than a decade of experience in Real Estate. She is a Speaker/Lecturer and an active investor, specializing in "No Brainer" investment properties. Annie devotes her time to traveling the United States negotiating for ALREIC Members and teaching beginning and experienced investors how to purchase properties, TODAY, across the Nation.

Rickey Bailey

Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder and Real Estate Broker of ALREIC. Rick has ten years of experience working in the operational side of the Banking Industry. He is in the process of acquiring his Broker's License in New Mexico, Kansas, North Carolina, Arizona, Utah, Alabama and opening up satellite offices in each state. He has also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Chad J. Ward

 Chief Of Operations for ALREIC with 10 years of experience in the Financial Banking Industry and over 7 years experience as an Investment Counselor. He is a Speaker/Lecturer and an avid investor.

Staff Coordinators

Coordinators for ALREIC fulfill the essential role of handling the day in, day out concerns of our ALREIC Members. They ensure that contracts are accurate, property management is setup, and maintain daily contact with out-of-state builders. They are the first to contact ALREIC Members and Non-Members after we receive their earnest money. In short,

"they take the worry and guesswork out of investing."

Property Management Team

The Property Management Team looks out for the Investor's best interests by placing qualified tenants in their properties. They maintain high standards for ALREIC Members and Non-Members' properties.
